Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
No minimum order value is required.


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business days (Monday through Friday).

Order cut-off time:
Orders placed before 12:00 AM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)(Monday to Friday) are processed the same business day.
Orders placed 12:00 AM, (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York). During weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Time & Delivery

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, shipping takes:

  • Shipping time: 1–9 business days (Monday through Friday)

  • Estimated total delivery time (processing + shipping): approximately 2–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to external factors such as carrier delays or peak periods.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can also track your order at any time via the “Track My Order” option in the website menu.

Address Changes

The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.

If you need to modify your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, before the order has been processed.


Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


Damaged Packages During Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact our customer service immediately.

If the package was delivered in your absence and you notice damage afterward, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with the next steps.
