How long does order processing take?

Orders placed after 12:00 AM or during weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping
Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
No minimum order value is required.
How long does delivery take?

Estimated total delivery time (processing + shipping):
Approximately 2–10 business days
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.
Tracking
How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link.
You can also track your order at any time via the “Track My Order” option in the menu on our website.

Sizing
How do I choose the right size?
If you are between two sizes or unsure, we recommend choosing the larger size.
If you need assistance with sizing, feel free to contact our support team before placing your order.
Changes & Cancellations
Can I change or cancel my order?
You may cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped.
Orders are usually shipped within 1 business days (Monday to Friday)
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If the order has already been shipped, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.
Returns & Refunds
How long is the return period?
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed

In their original packaging with all tags attached
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for underwear, swimwear, or items showing signs of wear or use.

When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

Delays & Missing Orders
What should I do if my order is delayed or missing?
Orders are expected to arrive within a maximum of 10 business days.
If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please allow up to 3 additional business days, as minor delays may occur during transit.
